Meet Robert
I was born and raised in a small village on Prince Edward Island. I grew up in a lively home filled with storytelling, music, and a deep love of food. As part of a big family, I spent a lot of time in the kitchen and learned early on that food brings people together.
My Irish and Acadian roots shape my cooking. I’ve worked in kitchens in Ottawa, Montreal, Toronto, Poland, France, and the Netherlands. This influenced my cooking and my approach to hospitality.
