Oysters

Oysters are at the heart of my work.

I offer oyster shucking for weddings, receptions, and private events. I source and serve fresh PEI oysters, creating a simple and memorable experience for guests.

My work with oysters has taken me to kitchens and oyster bars around the world. These experiences, along with my deep knowledge of Island oysters, shape my services. My homemade hot sauces and mignonettes add a personal touch.

Seafood

I source fresh fish and shellfish and build simple, seasonal dishes like chowders, mussels, and lobster.

I prepare seafood with care and let the ingredients speak for themselves. Be it a private dinner or a larger event, the focus is always on freshness and flavour.

Food Experiences

I create food-focused experiences for private gatherings, celebrations, and groups.

These can include family-style meals, Island-inspired menus, and relaxed dining experiences. Regardless of group size or venue, I work with clients to design their tailored experience.

Private Events

I offer catering for small weddings, corporate events, and gatherings across PEI and beyond.

Menus are built on local ingredients and shaped by the season. Service can be plated, buffet, or family-style.
